New York Romantic Dates

65% of UK singles desire dates in NYC

70% of singles were very keen on sightseeing as an activity whilst away with their date, and since New York City is home to some of the world’s most recognisable landmarks and attractions, we thought we’d share our fave hot spots;

Central Park

Pause to take in the view (and share a kiss) on the Bow Bridge, a popular lovey-dovey photo location for daters.

The Metropolitan Museum of Art

After discovering your date’s opinions on Art, climb up to the Cantor Roof Garden Café to sample the delicious cocktails whilst taking in the sweeping views of Central Park.

The Metropolitan Museum of Art

Times Square

The crazy hustle bustle of Manhattan’s heart adds a  glitzy feel to any night out, whether it be drinks at the eclectic Fairytail Lounge, nice nibbles at Annisa or dinner at the Breslin Bar and Dining Room, there’s something for every want, taste and need in Times Square!

New York attractions

Nom Wah Tea Parlor

Couples huddle beneath old posters of glam Chinese movie stars in the ’20s-era dining room. Share freshly made Dim Sum in this relaxed Art Deco setting.

Corkbuzz Wine Studio

Test your palates at the butcher-block bar with the fun blind-tastings, or relax with a glass of wine and get to know each other in this comfy but romantic setting. Wine loves rejoice!

35% fancy beautiful Barcelona

Finding passion in this amazingly romantic city is not hard! With all Barcelona has to offer, you won’t be stuck for things to do, with it’s festivals, cuisine, art, culture, architecture and more!

30% of the surveyed UK singles enjoy eating out on dates, so here are our top 5 Barcelona eateries that we know you’ll LOVE!

 Euskal Etxea

The best of the city’s many pintxo bars. Use toothpicks to devour jamón serrano croissants, chicken tempura dipped in the amazing saffron mayonnaise, melted provolone with mango and crispy ham, or a mini-brochette of pork.  Sound delicious! Go there!

Euskal Etxea

Quimet i Quimet

Dusty bottles of wine decorate this minuscule tapas bar. Try the totally tasty salmon sashimi with cream cheese, honey and soy, or our favourite cod, passata and black olive pâté. Get there early as it gets busy, but it’s sooo worth it, trust us!

La Pepita

The place with unusually long operating hours. Eat when you want: breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner! La Pepita is also a bar – try the gin and tonics and their house vermouth, made up of gin, orange and soda – so good!

La Pepita

Stinger’s margaritas are very, very, very tasty! So moreish – which isn’t always a good thing if you’re trying to not get drunk in front of your date! Stinger is the place to go if you want a relaxed but romantic Barcelona bar.

Bar Kasparo

In our opinion, when the weather is fine, this is the best of the various terraces around the edges of the quiet, traffic-free Plaça Vicenç Martorell. Serving tapas, bocadillos, salads and a varying selection of more substantial dishes. This is a great place to punctuate the shopping that you must do whilst in Barcelona!
